About Our School Workshops
The Mindful Project CIC offers a series of impactful school workshops designed for girls aged 11 to 18 (Year 7 to 6th Form), focusing on crucial topics such as mental health, domestic violence, sexual assault, relationships, and consent. These educational sessions aim to empower young women with knowledge and skills to navigate challenging situations, fostering resilience and emotional well-being.
Through interactive discussions and practical activities, participants gain a deeper understanding of these important issues, enabling them to advocate for themselves and support their peers in creating safer, more informed communities.
How Our Services are Different
What sets The Mindful Project CIC apart is our team of facilitators, all under 30, who bring a unique blend of lived experience and professional training to our workshops. Having personally navigated the challenges we discuss, they provide relatable insights that resonate deeply with participants. This connection fosters a safe and engaging environment where young women feel comfortable sharing and learning.
Additionally, our facilitators possess relevant training and extensive experience working with young people, ensuring that the content is not only informative but also accessible and impactful. This combination of personal and professional backgrounds creates a powerful foundation for meaningful conversations about mental health, relationships, and consent.
